How to prepare for a photo session?
To prepare well for your photo session, it’s worth taking care of a few things: get a good night’s sleep, stay hydrated, and try to avoid stress right before the shoot. Before the session, you’ll receive styling tips and mindset guidance from me to help you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. A photo session is a collaborative process — I’ll create a relaxed atmosphere and guide you every step of the way.

What should you bring to the session?
I recommend bringing extra clothes, accessories, a hairbrush, mattifying powder, and anything else that might help you freshen up during the session. It’s also a good idea to have something to drink, especially if the session takes place outdoors or lasts a bit longer. If you have a favorite item (like a book, glasses, or an instrument), feel free to bring it along — it can be a great way to highlight your personality.

What clothes work best for a portrait session?
Clothes that fit your body and reflect your personal style work best — especially in neutral or solid colors. Avoid large prints or overly loud patterns, as they can distract from you as the subject. Classic cuts, high-quality fabrics, and layered outfits that can be easily adjusted during the session tend to look great on camera.

Can I count on help with styling and posing?
Yes, absolutely! I’ll help you choose the right outfits, advise you on what looks best on camera, and give you tips on posing, facial expression, and body positioning. My goal is to make you feel natural and look your best in the photos — even if it’s your first session.

Is makeup and hairstyling required? Do you provide these services?
Makeup and hairstyling are not required, but they can make a big difference in the final look of your photos. For women, light mattifying makeup and well-styled hair help reduce shine and enhance the overall appearance in photos. I collaborate with professional makeup artists and hairstylists — I’ll be happy to recommend trusted specialists or help you arrange the service.

How do I book a photo session?
Booking a session is very simple — just use the contact form on my website, send me an email, or give me a call. Together, we’ll choose the date, location, and session details. You’ll receive a booking confirmation via email.

How far in advance should I book a date?
The earlier, the better — especially if you have a specific date, time of day (like golden hour), or weekend in mind. Usually, 1–2 weeks’ notice is enough, but during the peak season (spring to autumn), my calendar fills up quickly.

Where does the photo session take place — studio, outdoors, or other locations?
Sessions take place in my studio in Krakow, outdoors (e.g. parks, city streets, selected locations), or in another place we choose together — such as your office or home. We select the location based on what best fits the purpose of the session and your personal style.

What does the pre-session consultation look like?
Every session begins with a short consultation — by phone, email, or message. We’ll discuss your expectations, photo style, outfit choices, location, and any inspiration you may have. This helps ensure a smooth session and results that match your vision.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes — I understand that unexpected situations can happen. You can reschedule your session, ideally with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations are also possible, though I kindly ask you to let me know as early as you can.

How much does a photo session cost and what’s included in the price?
Session prices depend on the type of photography and the package you choose. Each session includes a set number of professionally edited photos, session time, outfit changes, basic or advanced retouching, and a personalized experience. What’s the difference between the photography packages?
The packages mainly differ in session length, number of final images, level of retouching, number of outfit changes, and extras — such as location choice, props, or a styling consultation. This way, you can choose a package that fits your needs and budget perfectly.

Can I purchase additional photos after the session?
Yes — after the session, you’ll receive a gallery to choose your photos. If you’d like more images than your package includes, you can purchase additional ones. The price per extra photo depends on the type of session and the level of retouching — I’ll provide full details during our collaboration.

How does payment work — in advance, after the session, cash or bank transfer?
I usually ask for a deposit when booking your session (by bank transfer), and the remaining balance is paid after the shoot — either in cash or by transfer. Payment details are always arranged individually to make it convenient for both sides.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! I offer elegant gift vouchers for selected photo sessions — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or the holidays. You can choose between a printed or digital version. Get in touch with me to learn more and pick the perfect package.
💾 DELIVERY & USAGE OF PHOTOS

When and in what format will I receive my photos?
After the session, you’ll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can select your favorite images for editing. Your professionally retouched photos will be delivered within 5–10 business days in digital format — in high resolution.

Are the photos retouched?
Yes, every photo delivered to the client undergoes careful retouching — tailored to the level included in the chosen package. Retouching includes skin correction, color adjustment, contrast, and overall image balance, all while preserving a natural look.

Can I choose which photos to be edited myself?
Of course! After the session, I’ll send you a proof gallery where you can select the images you want to be edited. You decide which photos best capture your style and personality.

Where can I use the photos from the session — CV, social media, website?
You can use your photos anywhere you like — on LinkedIn, your website, CV, promotional materials, Instagram, or even dating sites. You receive full rights for both personal and professional use.

Can I receive photos in formats suitable for both print and online use?
Yes — I provide photos in two versions: 1. For print (high resolution) 2. For online use (lighter files optimized for websites and social media) This way, you can easily use your photos however you want — without any extra preparation.
